The Hazlet Township Police Department is committed to serve and protect all people within our jurisdiction with respect, fairness, and compassion. Our mission is to provide professional law enforcement services while working in partnership with those who we serve.

On Tuesday, February 6th 2024, the Hazlet Township Police Department celebrated six promotions in the Department! 

Chief Robert Mulligan is a life long resident of Hazlet Township.  He graduated from Raritan High School in 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University in 2000.
